Welcome to Harborview Cottage one of our Ireland cottage rentals. Set on famous Bantry Bay in Adrigole Harbor you will find this lovely stone cottage to have breathtaking views for all angles!

One of our favorite Ireland cottage rentals, was built in 1999 by the Sullivan Family and is one of our favorite Ireland cottage rentals. It has its own private beach and has a very spacious interior with 4 bedrooms and a huge eat in Kitchen with views to the sea. The lovely French doors open to a large livingroom with two sofa's and comfortable chairs to relax in front of the beautiful stone fireplace. With a large bedroom downstairs and a full bath there is plenty of spaciousness and privacy for a large family or just a special couple.

The master bedroom is en suite and has a big double bed and fireplace with sofa in the room. Spectacular views of Adrigole Harbor and Famous Hungry Hill can be seen all through the house. There are three bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms one bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom. The cottage rental location can't be beat. Famous Hungry Hill Ireland, one of the largest waterfalls in europe towers over the harbour reflecting its beautiful craggy peaks and valleys in the oceans clear surface. There are many ancient stories surrounding this mountain. Early mining implements have been found there that date back to 2500 B.C. Many climb Hungry Hill, and on a beautiful summers day it is a wonderful climb.

The setting for Harbour View is beautiful Adrigole Harbour overlooked by Hungry Hill.

Close to the house is Adrigole Sailing Center and its wonderful Cafe'. You can walk down the road to this spectacular spot, and from it you can watch the ships sailing on the Bay and enjoy a wonderful lunch and delicious coffee. The sailing center is set up to offer lessons and you can rent Kayaks or just go for a sail. Visible from the house are many Seabrids and wildlife.

Seals bask on the rocks, and with your own private beach you can walk down to the water and go for a morning swim. The Atlantic Ocean is Bantry Bay, the water is cold but refreshing on a warm summer day. In June and July it stays light until 9 or 10 PM. One can enjoy fishing golfing, and many miles of hiking and biking trails on the well known Beara way.

Enjoy chatting with your neighbor, or sailing to Bear Island one of the beautiful islands just off the main land on the Beara Penninsula. Either way each day is always filled with adventures.
